We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for all content you input into our Services ("Input") and any output generated by the Services ("Output"). You acknowledge that:

• Output may not always be accurate and should be reviewed before use
• You are solely responsible for how you use and display Output in your applications
• You must comply with all applicable laws when using Output

We do not claim ownership of Input or Output. However, you grant us a license to use Input to provide and improve the Services.

Pricing: Our Services are offered on a subscription or usage-based pricing model as described on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with notice prior to your next billing cycle.

Payment Terms: You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees incurred through your use of the Services. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Refund Policy: Except as required by law, all fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Data Usage: We may use API request data to improve our models and Services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any Output generated by the Services.

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. Output should always be reviewed before use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, warranty, and liability provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
